GMC Reinstatement, Growline Group

As of: September 2026

Section 1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Growline Group LTD (the "Provider") and the client regarding the reinstatement of Google Merchant Center accounts.

This offer is intended exclusively for businesses within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Contracts with consumers are not intended.

Section 2 Services

The Provider analyzes the cause of the account suspension, remedies the identified violations where possible, and submits one or more reinstatement requests to Google.

The Provider owes professional effort. The final decision on reinstatement rests exclusively with Google; a specific result is therefore not guaranteed.

The scope depends on the booked package (Starter or Professional).

Section 3 Conclusion

The contract is concluded by ordering via the website and the Provider’s confirmation (email).

The service is provided for a one-time fee; it is not a subscription.

Section 4 Fees and Payment

Fees are based on the price list valid at the time of order and are payable as a one-time amount. All prices are net plus statutory VAT.

Payment is processed via the payment service provider Mollie B.V. at the time of order.

Section 5 Refund

If the Provider performs the agreed analysis and submission without Google granting reinstatement within 60 days of the last request, the Provider refunds 50% of the fee paid.

No further refund claim exists, in particular where the suspension is based on ongoing violations not remedied by the client.

Section 6 Client Obligations

The client grants the Provider the necessary access (e.g. Merchant Center, shop/collaborator access) and provides all information required for processing.

Without the required cooperation, performance is not possible; resulting delays are borne by the client.

Section 7 Liability

The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under the Product Liability Act. For simple negligence, the Provider is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to typical, foreseeable damage.

Liability for Google’s decisions or for renewed suspensions due to the client’s conduct is excluded.

Section 8 Data Protection

The Provider processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Section 9 Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
